Returns & Refunds

Yes. You can choose a refund, an
exchange, or store credit when you start your return through our returns portal.

Australian orders: within 21
days of dispatch. International orders: within 48 days of dispatch. Start your
return any time within that window through our returns portal.

If your item is returned unworn
and unused, with its original tags and packaging, you'll receive a full refund
to your original payment method. Change-of-mind returns on discounted (sale)
items may be issued as store credit rather than a refund. If an item is faulty,
damaged or incorrect, you're covered under the Australian Consumer Law
regardless of whether it was on sale.

Please inspect your order as
soon as it arrives and contact us straight away. Faulty, damaged or incorrect
items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law — we'll arrange a
replacement or refund and cover the return postage. This applies to sale items
too.

Yes. Our warranty covers
manufacturing, design and material defects. Please let us know within 2 months
of noticing a defect. It doesn't cover incorrect washing or drying, improper
use, or normal wear and tear. Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under
the Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. If your order ships to the
EU or EEA, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without
giving a reason. We'll refund the item price plus the original standard
delivery cost; return postage is at your cost. Select “Order withdrawal” as
your reason in the returns

If a product is seized and
destroyed by customs, or returned to Australia, we aren't responsible for the
loss of product or for shipping refunds. If you'd like a second delivery
attempt after a product is returned to us, the buyer covers the shipping costs.

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

  • Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

  • BUDO does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

  • If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Australia, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to BUDO.
