If you order before 2pm AEST Mon-Fri our aim is to dispatch your order the same business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped the next business day.

Betrayed and ignored

I like the suits but was charged £50 uk taxes, on top of the £255 pounds I paid to budo for the suits… I told Budo that they should cover this cost, they refused, I suggested that they simply offfer me a voucher against a future purchase…

They also ignored me…

So very angry!

Sorry you feel this way. As stated in our email reply to you, our international shipping policy states that we are not responsible for the import duties or taxes of your country. We ship world wide, we can't manage each countries taxes and duties for all our customers.

Once again, I'm sorry you have experienced this price shock, but it's something that is out of our hands.

Quality product!

I reached out to Budo to come and try on a Gi. It was treat day for me and a treat I did get.

It's a great gi which fits a dream and feels great to roll in. Sturdy yet pliable and comfortable.

The customer service at Budo is impressive too. I was welcomed in warmly and had a great chat about the history of the company and invited to come and roll at the gym!

Highly recommended for both service and product! Thanks 🙏
